We provide our clients with a plastic injection service that allows us to create any element from high-quality materials in a full range of colors.
We work on the most modern injection molding machines with a pressing force ranging from 20 to 200 tons.
Thanks to our workshop, we are ready to make the desired injection mold for you, process your production on it and at the same time guarantee its timely fulfilment.
We also provide injection services on molds ensured by the client.

Injection castings made of polyethylene and polyamide
We offer:
- the finished product design,
- to design the injection casting mold for PE and PA,
- making a ready injection casting mold according to our or the client’s design,
- making PE or PA injection castings using our own or provided by customer casting molds.
We guarantee high quality, short lead times and affordable prices.
We carry out short, medium and large-volume orders.
What do we process?
We work with numerous of materials, at the same time that gives us the opportunity to use a variety of materials whose properties fully meet the expectations of the final product. The principal materials used in our company are:

Nevertheless the amorphous materials we use in our production include: polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, copolymer and polycarbonate.
Design and production proces
The fundamental goal of our company is to manufacture products that fully meet the needs of our customers. Therefore, we adapt our activities to the individual requirements of each of you, starting from drawing the design and by construction, as well as performing on-site tests of the tools we produce. In our company, firstly we focus on getting to know the expectations, then we start making a technical drawing and implementing the order. We select suitable materials and produce details using injection molding machines based on modern technologies. We also make products based on molds entrusted by our clients, and our workshop is at your disposal at any time – you may rent it for your own production purposes. The injection molding machines are controlled by computer and can ensure efficient operation, that allows us to fulfil orders quickly and with optimal precision.
Injection molds processing
Except our main production, we also undertake injection molds processing, even if the mold we made was damaged during operation. We have conventional and CNC machines, thanks to which we are able to meet all the expectations of every customer. Beginning with idea, through design and production, to inspections, repairs and maintenance of products – you can count on our comprehensive services and always fully tailored to the needs of each individual client.
